Work completed before January 1, 2026 has our standard 3-year labor warranty. Work completed on or after January 1, 2026 has our new limited 5-year labor warranty, as stated in the signed agreement.

Extended warranty and inspection options are available at the cost determined for each project and must be selected at purchase.
Your close-out documents
At final close-out and payment, you receive a certificate of completion plus the applicable labor warranty and manufacturer warranty documents.

Warranty request terms
Weather Shielders warrants that it has the skills and experience to provide the contracted roofing services and that workmanship will be free from defects for the applicable labor period. If a covered issue appears, notify us promptly, document it with photographs and include your certificate of completion or signed contract. We will schedule an inspection and determine whether further inspection is needed. Approved repairs are scheduled under the applicable warranty. Damage caused by neglect, ordinary wear, alterations, severe weather or late notice may be excluded, and an inspection fee may apply when a claim is denied.
